Skinscape Facial Aesthetics Ltd confirms we are trained, certified, indemnified and registered with a governing body (GDC). This means we can legally and safely perform facial aesthetic & skin procedures as listed. The treatments available may change from time to time depending on new treatments made available in clinic or stockist changes & updates. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of website information. 

Consultation & Treatment Deposits

Initial Consultations & Post Procedure Review appointments are free of charge. We require a deposit payment of £25.00 to book any treatment. Deposits will be taken by card payment, at the time of booking or by cash if requested. Your appointment will be confirmed by Email. 

Any appointment booked must be rescheduled within 48 hour’s notice. You will lose your
deposit if you cancel after this time, or do not turn up for your appointment. All deposit payments are non-refundable upon booking.

Need to cancel your appointment? Then please contact the clinic within 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will be taken if you fail to attend or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. 

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving late for your appointment will result in a reduction in your treatment time and may result in rearranging your appointment which may incur you losing your deposit. 

HOW CAN I REARRANGE MY APPOINTMENT?

We require a minimum notice of 48 hours to cancel or rearrange a consultation or treatment booking.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS:

All deposits are non-refundable upon booking. This is to secure your appointment slot, prepare the clinic for you, order any products/stock for your treatment and courtesy to the aesthetic practitioner.

All deposits are redeemable against any treatment you wish to proceed with. 

Payments of your deposits will be shown and stored on a secure client database. 

REFUND POLICY

A full refund can be granted on any advanced payment of treatment or a course of treatments within 3 days of purchasing, prior to the treatment being completed This does not include deposits made as they are non-refundable. 

Completed treatments will not be refunded in any circumstances. We cannot refund any package or course of treatment that has already begun. 

Any adverse reaction must be reported to us by email or telephone. The only exception to this policy is a serious or long term illness that contra-indicates the treatment, confirmed by a medical certificate via your GP. 

Gift Cards & Courses of treatment packages:

All courses of treatments and gift vouchers must be completed within 12 months of
the date of purchase or within the 12 month window.

Due to the nature or non-surgical/non-invasive/skin treatments, we cannot guarantee results. Results will differ from person to person. Factors such as age, lifestyle, medical history and conditions can affect your results and the longevity of results. The results demonstrated are from clients are typical are not guaranteed for every client.

Information on our website is not intended as a substitute for medical advice and may not be used to diagnose or treat any health condition without the consultation of a qualified health care provider. Any data contained on the website is provided for guidance only and is not intended to be definitive. 

We have the right to refuse you treatment without reservation. If you do not advise us of any medical conditions that may hinder you from having the treatment we reserve the right to refuse treatment to you and charge you fully for the cancellation. This charge maybe the full cost of the treatment and consultation.
